- Money savings by the project beneficiaries.
- Boat License Certificate (BLC) support, the permission of boat for Sundarbans entrance.
- Alternative to Nypa, honey, fish & crab SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) development
- Fish, rice, crab fattening, vegetable cultivation, duck rearing, crab gear making by women and handicraft production by women headed family.
- Establish link to tourism authority for the sale of beneficiaries handicrafts.
- Coordination with Co-Management Committee (CMC), Mongla Port Authority for employment opportunity of the Sundarbans stakeholder and Bangladesh Tourism Corporation.
- Lean period livelihood support.
- Training on adaptive rice, fish, shrimp, vegetable on sustainable harvesting/ conservation regulation, law, risk reduction strategies & coping mechanisms.
- Legal Aid support through Sundarbans Stakeholder Service Center (SSSC).
